Applications are reviewed after the deadline (March 2) and all applicants are notified on the outcome of their application.
The General Bursary is available for continuing education students and part-time undergraduate degree students.Students registered in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program must be currently registered in a continuing education or distance education course to be eligble.
You are ELIGIBLE, if you:
• Require financial assistance during your period of study
• Are a CESAR member, part-time, continuing education or distance education student, during the term applying
• You are currently taking a continuing education or distance education course through the Chang School.
You are NOT ELIGIBLE, if you:
• Are a full-time student NOT currently registered in a continuing education or distance education course
• Are a graduate student NOT currently registered in a continuing education or distance education course
• Have been previously barred from funding
You may only apply once each term, and are only eligible to apply for the term which you are actually registered for classes.

APPLICATION PROCESS: You are only eligible once per term to apply for the CESAR Bursary. By knowingly submitting multiple applications you risk being banned from funding for the academic term that you are applying to and from any future funding. Every eligible student applying has an equal chance of receiving a bursary with all applications evaluated using equal criteria. In order to apply, you must be currently enrolled at Ryerson University as a continuing education, distance education or are a part-time degree student. You must also demonstrate financial need and explain your financial situation, as necessary. You CANNOT apply to the CESAR Bursary if you are a full-time student or graduate student not in a continuing education course, have received a Chang School Tuition Fee Bursary for the same academic term that you are applying for a CESAR bursary, or have been previously barred from funding.
USE OF INFORMATION: All information collected with the bursary online application is to be solely used for the purposes of evaluating a candidate's need for a CESAR bursary, unless otherwise expressed.
